Learning Starts Early" (LSE) is an outreach program established in 2013 by parishioners of St. James’ Episcopal Church in Warrenton, Virginia. Its goal is to address the needs of the community, particularly the fact that one in five children in Fauquier County, Virginia, did not meet basic kindergarten readiness standards. LSE achieved non-profit 501(c)(3) status in 2019, which allowed it to increase its outreach and apply for grants from other charitable foundations. Its main goal continues to be providing tuition assistance for eligible prekindergarten children in Fauquier County to attend high-quality private preschools.

I manage LSE's Facebook page, creating engaging content that promotes our initiatives, shares success stories, and sparks conversation about early childhood education.

In addition to managing social media, I maintain and update the LSE website, craft blog posts, and keep our community informed of our programs and achievements. Working in close collaboration with the LSE board, I provide them with metrics and feedback, aligning our digital strategy with the organization's broader vision.
